brep intersection failures

Strange.

If you move (even slightly) one of the surfaces it manages to find the intersection in GH and when baked into Rhino... 

For a work around, see attached - using the brep edges component you had, intersecting these curves and joining the points to a line. It works for this example, but won't work with multiple surfaces or if there is more than one crossing of the two surfaces.
