Breaking up a rectangle using a random number gen

Hello all,

I am currently trying to "break up" a rectangle using the random num generator. I have attached an image of the three states I would like to achieve randomly. Basically I want to divide up a rectangle, and have three or four panels, and be able to adjust the minumum size of the panels (so they are not to small), and all the dimensions governed by a random num gen. Any ideas? I am working on a way, but it is becoming very complicated, I am sure there is any easier way, thanks!

It might not help you, but what about the Substrate component?

Wow!  'Substrate' is crazy!!  The component defaults generate a most peculiar result.  What is the origin of this one?

The rectangle boundary is visible in the default state but not when one is supplied externally?

No way to set a minimum size but otherwise, this component makes the job very simple.

Excellent Thanks David, it works perfectly. I used it to create a definition that does exactly what I need... also on a trivia note, I googled the guy who created it (as listed in the component) and he apparently co-founded etsy.... interesting.
