Braided river simulation

hell all

Is there a way to create a braided river simulation in grasshopper. ? 
suggestions are appreciated. It would be super amazing if someone can share any definition about creating braided river simulation s. 
i came across this interesting and similar definition(pic attached) which i intend to try. But i really couldnt reproduce the definition(i really couldnt find half of the icons) . i have downloaded spm vectors as well.
its quite urgent and i really couldnt find a solution.
