this happens in Rhino as well.
that's right ! this happens in rhino as well. is it an error of rhino 4 sr7?????
Do you have a clear intersection between your boolean objects? - eliminating the obvious...
yes, i do
Ok, next on the list would be to check the normal directions of all your components... I've had this problem before too.
if the surfaces are co-planar it's much more efficient to first operate on curves only before making the surfaces. You can use Boolean Region Difference. Works much better, but make sure to define the operation plane for each couple of curves. (eg. using curve panarity analysis component)
It might just be a display problem. Maybe try the following:

In Rhino under Tools -> Options -> Mesh set the render mesh quality to "smooth & slower". Let me now if this makes a difference.

Hi, I had a similar problem. Tried everything from creating new curves from the edges to working in construction planes etc. and finally mailed techsupport. Their solution was to set the meshquality to custom. Explanation was that the mesher in Rhino wasn't always as robust as it should be.

hi Casper!
thank you very much ! it worked ok !^^
thanks again

hi Tobia Schwinn!
thanks for your comment. i setted the render mesh quality to "smooth & slower" ....nothing changed but set to "custom" it worked ok ^^

best regards, [blak]
Here are some alternative options for your triangles:
