algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello,

I am trying to generate a path that is a a combination of various Bezier curves segments.

Supposing I have a group of points, how can I use the current Bezier Span component to achieve something as shown in the picture below?

Here there are two alternatives of subdividing the group of points. Any of the two subdivisions will do, the problem lies in making the Bezier.... The current component asks for 2 tangents a start point and an end point.

Note that simply making a Nurbs curve is not ideal, the smoothness of the segments of the Bezier is what I am after.

Why Nurbs curve is not good ? Here a version with a maximum of 6 control points per curve.

Hey Laurent,

Maybe you are right and the Nurbs works, but what you show is another issue... Specifically assuming you have a populate 2D of points the idea is to group these points into triangles, and make Beizer curves between the three vertices of the triangle. Any ideas how this could be done?

Maybe simpler, Suppose you have a triangular grid, so there is not grouping needed as the triangles are already formed.

Thank you
