algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hello Everyone!
Here is an interesting one for the Kangaroo-Bending enthusiasts:
Assuming you connect 2 bent wires at their ends, as well as through 1 point - B (not necessarily in the middle).
How is the overall geometry/position of the end points influenced, assuming the point B in the middle stays fixed, if you start pushing/pulling one of the wires though point B so that the length on one side becomes bigger than on the other side - whilst the overall length of the wire stays the same
I've attached a simple diagram which explains my idea, as well as a physical model (with 4 wires instead of 2, ignore the extra elements in the middle of the right-hand side).
I've started with Mårten Nettelbladt's script (attached) which bends one curve by moving one of the end points along a line - hoping I can modify that script for my purposes as I am new to Kangaroo.

Hi Marcus! Thank you so much for your reply. Yes, that's exactly what I mean.
I think the KLineLine force is very good for my example (the 2 forces represented by my hands pulling the wires in the real world).
Next step to mimic my phisical model is for me to multiply the curve in the definition so that I can have 2 curves, one on each side in 2d ( and later I hope 4 in 3D, if it's possible).
I will also try to play with the anchor points so that there is a central fixed anchor point (the eyelet) whilst the ends are flexible on both X and Y directions (at the moment one anchor is fixed whilst the other only slides on the X direction).
I will post my result as soon as I figure it out. Thank you again for your help!!!!!!!!!
