Beginner question--- Including Points?

Hi,

 

I want to generate a grid of cylinders on an irregular-shaped surface.

I want ONLY to include the cylinders within the surface.

 

 

 

Boolean? Trim?

I saw this: http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/how-to-get-specifik-points

But I was unable to figure it out.

Hey,

 

you can solve this with Inclusion. Use the center point of the bottom Srf. Then split the list with dispatch. My Grasshopper update is not working, i have to fix it and then I can get more clear.
