beam optimisation

I made a frame model 1.jpg in the attachment,and made the beam optimisation ,as you can see in the attachment 3.jpg.I can't understand the result at all .Some of beams get

thin almost the radius is 0.Dose it mean we don't need this beam or just thin to connet without suffer from stress.Thanks
