Bake to another file

I am curious is it possible to set up a defenition to bake geometry to another Rhino File.  I guess it would be possible to script it, but I was wondering if there was something in grasshopper to achieve it.  As I would like define geometry in one file but have a clean output file to be using downstream.

There's a plugin called Lunch Box that may do what you're looking for. It has a component that allows you to save geometry to other files.
