algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Bake points to pointcloud...?

Excuses if this has been asked and answered before, but is there a possibility to directly create a pointcloud by baking from a huge point list?  I am just experimenting with importing terrain data with my GH-Python ASCII grid file importer, and many of these files are massive with millions of points.

Not natively. There might be 3rd party baking tools that do this though.

OK, thanks David...  I guess that direct scripting to import pointclouds  will still be the best for now then, although for a mesh, I can hook it directly to the Delaunay component and avoid adding a million points to the doc...
