Bake bug

I noticed with some files if I use the radial menu to bake it bakes the surfaces 2 times, overlaying them, if I right click on a component and bake it works normally. What I am doing exactly :Click the component to bake, while still hovered over the component with the mouse hit space and select bake, all while mouse is still over the component. If my mouse is away from the component when I hit space and then bake it goes well, also right click bake works well to.
