Bad quality on photos ?

It seems that jpeg is better translated in thumbnail than png.

Were they different before? Ning has had some problems lately with png gamma exposure, they told me they're on it, but the problem has persisted for weeks now. If they also wrecked pictures in our gallery... that'd be pretty serious.

No they were the same some weeks ago but they looked normal... now too black or too white.

I think it has to do with the resizing of the png (to fit the reply field/page), because if you click/open the image in a new tab it looks normal.
