what does this mean?...no more t-splines for rhino?

isn´t this monopoly?

Considering it's already not available to buy ("T-Splines for Rhino is not available to buy or try at this time while our company transitions. Thank you for your patience."), I think it means see you later T-Splines for Rhino, hello T-Splines for Max.

hopefully  its tsplines for Maya. the current version was not that great.

but then I think, being maya, does it really even need t-splines? All I hope is Autodesk doesnt bar it from Mcneel.

Hmm this has happened also with the Lagoa Multiphysics software. Auto desk has bundled this with their Subscription Advantage Pack which is fine if you are currently using auto desk products but not if you only want to use the one particular software. Luckily I purchased tsplines a couple of months ago.

Wonder whether blender might go the same way

Regards

well it seems now its still independent as "autodesk t-splines plug in for rhino" http://www.tsplines.com/products/tsplines-for-rhino.html

no price listed anywhere?

thanks for the update.

ryan

its going to be like ecotect. they buy it, sell it for a few years while striping it down for parts then discontinue it. i bet they bought t-splies for inventor fusion and revit.

seeing plugin for rhino in autodesk store 8O
