Attractor Point to Model Wind

Hi there,

I'm working on a design that is basically inspired by wind tunnel tests, where horizontal planes/polylines are bent around a rectangular block and diffuses after hitting the block. I'm new to this, but I've looked at different attractor scripts, and I'm getting stuck. Any help would be appreciated!
