This is far too vague to allow for an answer. Do you want to move the corners of an existing polyline (closed or otherwise) based on the combined pulling/pushing forces of a set of customly placed points? Or does only the nearest attractor matter? What about control over falloff functions and attractor strength? Is every attractor potentially different?
