algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Curve spreading/ Atractor points

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to follow the steps in the video below to create a similar parametric louvred facade system but am struggling to understand how each of the steps were done. It's probably quite simple but I'm fairly new to grasshopper.

Could someone help explain roughly how to do this?

I've attached what I've managed to do so far, don't know if it is right. I can't get the loft to work though, don't know what I'm doing wrong.
