Architecture plans generator

Hi everybody!

I am working now on my master thesis with the title " alternative housing and modular constructions". On of the questions what i am working on is "if it s possible to create some plans generator". In my imagination it s should be some definition where i can put like variable input for example: 1.room program 2.plan contour or maximum area  or maybe together hang of different rooms  e t c(i still searching for right criterias)

And some constant inputs to determine some variations. For example: "Modulor" from Le corbusier or mb golden section for the proportions of rooms , or some dimensions of prefabricated module elements.

I am not really searching for some definition which would create me one perfect plan, more some definition which would create some variety of plans which are based on the same rules but giving a diversity of solution.

I hope it s possible to understand what i mean

Did somebody already made something similar? I am not really professional in grasshopper but i will be really happy for all advises, examples of definitions, additional ideas e t c!
