algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I've found a few examples of applying a random pattern to a surface, but I'm still having a bit of a problem with mine. My problem is that I can't get the pattern to apply nicely on the surface, because it gets deformed. I noticed that if i deform the original pattern, it would look better on the surface, but I still don't get the best results. Does anyone have any idea? 

P.s. the Rhino folder called pattern is the one with the original pattern

1.Why use [Surface Morph] and not just [Map to Surface]?

2.In order to have propper tilling of your pattern on the surface you need to subdivide it first:
