Aperiodic Tilings - Penrose P2/P3

Would it be possible in Grasshopper or ghPython to create an "Aperiodic Tiling" such as the Penrose P2/P3 Kites+Darts or Rhombuses, and if so could it offer a live preview like Craig Kaplan's Java applet at: http://www.cgl.uwaterloo.ca/~csk/software/penrose/ 
-but also alow for a BoundingBox like the Voronoi tesselation in Grasshopper? I need it for a "Wallpaper Class" in January 2014 at the National School of Design in Copenhagen, Denmark (KADK). Thanks.
