algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi all.

Help please create big ovals around the red dots. and small ovals around the green dots. As in this image. I try to use the Voronoi diagram, but unfortunately ovals obtained approximately the same size. Between them there is not big difference in size. I would like to create a large oval and in the intervals between them put very small ovals

By the way Ovals looks angular. I used Filet.
I want to make a more rounded polygons as it does that command
! _CurveThroughPolyline

I share my work files to make it clear what is at stake.

I would be grateful for any help

It sounds like you need weighted voronoi, which is not available directly through GH, though some plugin may well expose this functionality.

Perhaps you can use Kangaroo and treat your ovals as balloons? With different pressure forces some of them should grow bigger, and I think you can probably also add collision detection. However I'm not sure you can keep them rounded where they touch, the physical forces probably result in a fairly large overlap between the curves of adjacent balloons... Either way, I'm no Kangaroo expert so I can't give specifics.
