algorithmic modeling for Rhino

annoying colour disparity

can anybody give me hint why a colour doesn't look the same if created by the colour RBG(f)/RGB Component or setted in rhino manually? is it somehow related to colour spaces can you set them in rhino or gh?

Hi Christian,

 

it's entirely possible that the Grasshopper preview isn't rendered in the same way. There could be a difference with the lighting for example. Also, when you use the Grasshopper Shader note that there's highlight colours involved as well as an  emissive colour. Use the Create Material component to make sure that highlights and emission are set to black. Or, if you want a single fixed colour, only use emissive and set diffuse to black.

thank you for the hints david! of course - my problem is related to the lightning in the viewport.
