algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi everyone, in the image below I have created a rectangle and I'd like it to align to each of the corners of the larger curves. I've tried to align the vectors as shown in the image but I'm having trouble with them lining up. Can anyone point to what I'm doing wrong or there's a more elegant solution to this? Thanks!

Peter, I didn't get the chance to say thanks for this 'tutorial'. It's going to take some time to understand it, but since you've convinced me of the necessity of learning C#, at some point I'll be able to say "I understand it"--mostly anyways. I'm in the process of coming up with a Python translation of Hyungsoo's script as it meets my needs at the moment, which is also a learning process.
Holly Cow! .... I completely forgot to provide the new version on that one (does a lot of things more) ... but where is it? (blame advancing Alzheimer: I can't even recall my name).
BTW: For your specific AEC domain ... C# is the only choice (having the forest in mind and not the tree).
more soon
