How to realize a space curves in 3d dimensions?!? and after...how can cut with lines the interior to realize single panels?

more or less...something like Zaha hadid's architecture...

I think GH it's the right software...but I really don't know where I've to start to realize something like this...

Do you have any idea or do you know a tutorial?!?
