Adjust DataTree with Duplicates

Hi out there!

My problem is that I have two DataTrees with the same amount of elements, but on the one hand those elements have a different count of childs in it.

I am sorry if I use the wrong terms, but the picture attached shows the "problem".

I need to check which elements in datatree (1) have two or more elements and then need to duplicate those corresonding curves in datatree (2).

At the moment I don´t know how to solve that. I am trying to create a workaround but it would be much more elegant to solve that with some kind of condition term which creates the needed dups.
