Adding cutouts to surfaces with SurfSplit

Hi guys, I am trying to achieve circlular cutouts in two lofted surfaces, one above the other. While this works with the first cutout pair, the consecutive ones do not follow the same trim sequencing. I suspect my lists are the cause of this problem, but as a beginner, I'm really not too sure. I thought connecting additional cutout definitions to the working one would work. How can I make the 2nd and 3rd cutouts (outlines seen in model), and add subsequent ones?
