Adaptive apertures

Hi guys,

 

Following on from my post yesterday, i found a better example of what im trying to achieve, ive attached a jpeg, for anyone that would be so kind to help.

How can i achieve the stretched fabric/surface bulge skin with a circular aperture that is controlled in size by its relation to a solar point???

The bit im struggling with is creating the aperture within the surface bulge.
