About the hair field sway simulation

I played with Kangaroo a little bit maybe two years ago,after that I don't touch it very much,now I find it become much more powerful,there are so many new components..

Ok, to the subject,I want to grow some hair on a surface and it will sway according to wind,I find some great video in this web,such as

but unfortunately I'm not a grasshopper guru,I don't know how to archive this purely by Grasshopper or using Kangaroo,would somebody help me out?
