algorithmic modeling for Rhino

About sweep 1

Hello, I'm making a project and I wanted to use the sweep 1 (as the script used here: http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/sweeping-lines-in-grassho... ) baterie to add thickness with a rectangular section, but I can't find out whats wrong..I just wanted that the model in the 1st picture gained that thickness, but as it can be seen in the 2nd picture it didn't add the thickness very wel..The grashopper file is attached. Does anybody know how can I fix this?

I changed the script a little bit, but the edges still aren't meeting..
