about Rhino3d.tv, Visual introduction to Grasshopper... missing example files

Where can I download the the support files (both Rhino and grasshopper files) mentioned in the video tutrials begining from chapter 5 at the following free video course Rhino3d.tv, Visualintroduction to Grasshopper...

For example:

http://web.mac.com/rhino3dtv/GH/GH_06_05_Scalar_Demo_Slope.html here is asking to open scalar_fx_fxy_slope.3dm ?!

Hi Muhammad

Every time that you play one of these videos, take a look at the Upper Right Corner of your screen, there you should see one or two icons. One is a GH logo, if it is there, you can download the Definition, the other one is the Rhino Logo, if it is there, you can download the 3DM file too.

Note: Not all of them have it, but the best ones do!

Second many thanks acctually it was driving me crazy that I did not find the files :)

even it is clear as the sun but it was not clear for me in the begining :(

howerver for example seems to be some missing files to :(

for example : http://web.mac.com/rhino3dtv/GH/GH_06_05_Scalar_Demo_Slope.html is asking you to open a 3dm file however the rhino logo is missing on the page :(
