each plane obtained as PFrames (green) form a diferent angle with the osculator plane (red)
this is the question,
what is the logic of this angle?

I haven't got an answer for you. But there seems to be a language gap developing between question and answers as this thread continues.
So to clarify:
In the image below there is an angle shown in the panel. This is the angle calculated between two different methods of obtaining planes at specified locations along a curve.
Why is the answer not zero for each location?
I would like to add a further question:
Why is it not even zero at the last location?

Angle depends on the direction of orientation of the plane at the beginning of the curve ...
... at the end there should be zero...
Just a different approach to the calculation, the orientation in space, not in the curvature.
