algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi guys! I am having trouble in creating a series of points with a fixed distance.

So some points A,B,C... with the restriction that A-B:a, B-C:a, C-D:a...

Check picture for a small visualization!

The only thing I can suggest is to base it on circles. But the definition is going to be very repetitive.

If you haven't used it before the slider like component is the point on curve component.

Thanks a lot m8, This seems to be exactly what i wanted minus the repetitive factor! I want some 38 segments :S but that is why copy and paste excists for :P

On another note, is there a way to put a point on a curve path? I mean instead of having the x axes on a straight line having it on a curve and perpendicular on each point a y axes? I am not sure i am saying right :S

There is some kind of walkaround for this : Create curve ( in my example interpolated ), than apply "divide distance" component - it creates points on curve with preset distance - just check with CNR circles that its really working.

The distance from one point to the other is from a straight line not following the cuve right?

*this is a different question than the one i was asking on the first post*

I was thinking something like the one on the picture is this possible? I am tranfering point that are using a linear axis x,y to one that are following the vectors of a curve.
