A Book for Beginners ... For Rhino and Grasshopper

Hello,

I'm a beginner and I want to learn more about programming with these programs. The learning material from rhino is too expensive for me. So I thought about buying books. What do you think are good books for beginners?

What I am trying to do is to work with grasshopper to generate parametric curves and parametric areas in rhino ... so maybe you know some good resources ...
