3D scan + Grasshopper

Hi,

I am a student working on my thesis project. I am looking for a plug-in or definition to be able to 3D scan an object and add shapes to the scanned object via grasshopper. For example, 3D scan a glass and parametrically add a handle to it that fits the form of the glass. 

Does that explains it? if grasshopper can't do that, are there any other program or software that can do that?

Never mind what I said. I get the same result doing it with Brep / Plane intersection component. I think it's because of the way the planes are orientated. Update Madalin Stunt Cars 2 full version.
