Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

hi

I'm trying to create a 3D triangulate geometry from a nurbs

but i have some questions

i made the triangulation starting from a voronoi 3D and then picking the face's normals

1_ how can i delete the normal to the external faces (those who don't create triangles)?

2_is possible to create surfaces or meshes from those triangles? in way to have a close object

thanks

1 done and 2 maybe with mesh from lines from weaver bird but the triangulation that you looking for is not a clean list, have you seen this

thanks Erick!

that's perfect, now i'm going through the skeletal mesh

anyway the skeletal mesh you can't close the external surface

hi there

i did the external mesh using hull3D

but now i got some problems trying to smooth the structure pipe, without using the "skeleta" way,

any idea?

thanks

Daniel & David rules! Exoskeleton + Cytoskeleton for joints.

finally i got it! the definition works pretty good, but has some problem to close the concave surface

Hey,

Your example has been useful for what I was doing,

Id like to know is there a way to identify each tetrahedrons as a set of 4 points?

Thank you

Hi, Bhavin

Could you please show the following steps to the populate geometry?

Thank you

Great, What if you would like to remove the internal connections and have only the outside triangulations of the form?
