2 questions : polar paneling - meshtonurbs

hello

1i would like to ask if there is a way to create a grid out of a surface but in a polar way. so when i have a surface with a hole inside to polar my grid that way.

im attaching a photo with an orthogonal grid i created in paneling tools which i want to change to the polar grid.

2im using kangaroo and i want to panelize the result geometry. my problem is that the result is a mesh with which i dont really know what to do, and im trying to find any way to convert it to a nurbs object. i even tried to patch a surface out of the mesh edges.

please if anyone knows anyway to overcome this obstacle help me.
