Hi Will,

I have the same issue than victor.


Here is my Rhino Version.

Version 5 SR11 64-bit

(5.11.50226.17195, 26/2/15)

My language package is the same than victor (English HK)

I run the test you proposed. The new one seems to work (cmd console poped up and quickly disappeared) but it doesn't change the error from rhino.

For anyone experiencing this problem, SR12 contains a potential fix. A release candidate for SR12 is now available, so please update and report back.
