algorithmic modeling for Rhino

1.0 doesn't equal 1.0?

As you can see in the screen grab, I'm comparing the lengths of two similar sets of curves. I've simplified the outputs and ran the outputs through a number to  insure the comparison is just on numbers. Now I'm out of idea's, anyone ever see anything like this? {1;0} is the comparison in concern.
