Hi Omar,

IEEE does not ask any abstract. So 19th of December is the deadline for full paper. 13th of March is deadline for final version of full paper.

Many thanks Berk for sharing this. I just have one question: it mentions paper submission on the 19th of December and final paper on the 13th of March??

So is the 19th of Dec, the deadline for the abstract?
