GH Archistar Components serie
Santiago Calatrava - High Speed Train Station Reggio Emilia - Italy
Looking at the rising requests of ready-made last-minute, one-night-before-exam/deadline projects, we decided to work and release a series of components that do exactly that: fiddle with one or more parameter and you'll design just like your favorite Archistar in no time!
This first component reproduces the waving and undulating portals of the High Speed Train Station in Reggio Emilia, designed by Valencian architect Santiago Calatrava. By the way, with a few tweaks you can easily redo also his Ysios Bodega in Rioja.
Enjoy!
Alessio

EDIT
Those of you who thought this post was sarcastic can skip the following paragraph entirely.
For all the others who thought it was serious, read on.
I really didn't think this post could be taken seriously but due to some messages I received I guess it is the case that I clarify one thing here: this post is completely sarcastic, I am NOT interested in developing ready-to-use modeling tools like this one nor in using Grasshopper to reproduce famous (or less famous or infamous) architecture or any other a-critical use of tools. I really thought that the beginning paragraph was self-explanatory in its sarcastic tone (and some of you intended it as such), that the component with Calatrava's face was a HUGE clue in that sense (come on guys! You REALLY thought it was serious??!?) and that the fake self-disclaimer included in the cluster (missed it? Double click on the Calatrava component!) would have dissolved any residual doubts.
