dumb question: Input and Output Manager for C# and VB.NET scripting components

I haven't used the C# and VB.NET scripting components for a while, and now that I'm trying to use them again, it seems I'm missing something obvious.

When I right click on these components in 0.8.0066, there is no Input or Output Manager option. Also, I am not able to edit the number of inputs and outputs in the source code. All I am able to do is edit the name, access type, and type hinting of the two existing inputs (x and y) and the one existing output.

How do I change the number of inputs of and outputs to the C# and VB.NET scripting components?
