algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I am trying to figure out an easier way to do what I am doing, because I think it could be done easier with the logic tools, but I am not good enough with the logic tools to figure out how.

As you can see, I am taking the n item in each branch and putting them into new branches. The number of branches I start with is the number of items in each branch that I make, and the number of items in each branch that I start with is the number of branches that I make. While this works, the big problem is that the number of branches that I start with varies from 3 to 6, and it would take a lot of work to make this part of the definition adapt to varying numbers of branches. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Benjamin,

Are you aware of the path mapper component in the latest version of GH (0.6.0043)? You can achieve what you have shown in your image above by a single component. I dont fully understand the second part of the question (3-6 branches)... If you post a specific example, we can see if the path mapper can accomplish it or if it will need a more involved solution.

Thank you so much Sameer, this solved the problem perfectly!
