Shatter doesn't cut curve properly, what is wrong?

Hello all!
There is new question from me, i can't understand what happend there, where i'm wrong. This definition cuts the lines one bunch by one as it's expected, but when i give it the whole bunch together it's gave unpredictable results.
Where am i wrong?

Would be very appreciated for help

I can't just connect point for sorry, not always line is straight.

I have not found a quick solution to your specific problem. Not sure of your workflow but I propose as an idea (since you have the points) create the profile curve (with straight and curved sections) and loft.

Thank you but it's really interesting for me what wrong with my approach. Thank you for the previous idea in this case it's work and i'm happy with that now. But i prefere universal definition and i'm really want to know what is wrong here.
