C# Divide/SDivide surfaces "tutorial"

Well friends,

Here's a simple tutorial about how to Divide/SDivide surfaces solely with code.

PS 1:There's a challenge for the brave as well (1m(*) dollars prize - no kidding): Connect the 2nd surface list and modify the main script in order to handle negative Interval values (without rebuilding the surfaces).

PS 2: if GH fails to manage the internalized data, use the Rhino file.

(*) m for micron

You can set the surface's intervals manually with surface.setdomain

Look at the 3rd function (meaning that I know that, he he). But ... I've omitted the right thing (from the 1st function) in order to give the 1m(*) challenge some substance.
