Weave on branches (stupid) questions

Well friends (I'm sure that this is answered somewhere by someone - but I can't figure where).

Stupid question 1: By what means can I "force" that Weave to make the rest of the MIA polylines?(i.e. to  combine properly branches with branches).

Stupid question 2: How to "include"/merge the blue points (2 branches) into the magenta points (one branch) in order to allow the Weave to work?
