Necessarily yes.. the real question is; "is the design correct?"

You're absolutely sure that the [C] input of the Offset component doesn't have Flatten enabled?

double checked the file. [C] doesn't have Flatten enabled.

I saw that change to [Offset] a while back.

I thought you were just still tweaking things...
