algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi! I'm trying to make a waffle structure on a spiral shell form.

And the problem is when i intersect radial and vertical waffle sections the resulted intersetion lines are not colinear. 

i have another points, which are made by intersection of shell with waffle planes, and i've tried to sort them according to points equality, but it didn't work.

Maybe someone can help me here, def is attached&

I suggest you look carefully at your (revised) model using the 'Tree/List Viewer' included.  Notice that neither the 'VERTICAL' nor 'RADIAL' surfaces are in sequence - they should be sorted first.

Then connect 'End S' or 'PShift D' output to the 'Tree/List Viewer' | 'Tree' input instead; use the 'path idx' and 'list idx' sliders to examine the unflattened data.  The sequence of start/end points and 'BBX' intersection curves (after 'Clean' and 'PShift') will be perfect, once the 'VERTICAL' and 'RADIAL' surfaces are sorted.

After sorting all the geometry, and test the points for equality with tolerance i finally received right start and end points!
