Points get converted to numbers on the fly...  Sort can only sort numbers, use the Sort Points.

But that conversion, has any logic? Why if I plug in A it sorts the Y of the points? I do not understand at all.

The point-number conversion does not return the Y coordinate, returns the distance from the origin.
