egg crate help

hi guys,

i'm trying to create an egg crate on my surface but there are two bugs happening...

1) those verticals ribs are crossing to the other side... I just need them going to the top!

I tried to remap in some way, but couldn't think about any solution that worked...

2) the "boundary surface" of horizontal ribs is orange saying that " planar surface routine returned no results" . what does it means? how can I fix it? actually horizontal ribs look like it's correct. but I don't know why its accusing this message.

pleaaaase!! help me!!
