Pick specific data from a list of points

HI everybody!

That's my problem.

I have a list of points. Each point has 3 coordinates.

I have to pick all the points wich have the same x-coordinate of one point of the list. I mean, first i want to decide one point from the list and then pick all the points with the same x-coordinate (in the same list of course).

How can I do that?

Hi,
would you know how to pick points from point list depending on "z" within a range? Let´s say I want to pick all the points that are between 0 to 10 on Z axis.
