Picking out points in a list of random values

HI all,

I wonder of someone can help me figure this one out. 

I have create a box  filled with point cloud using the pop3d component. From there I created voronoi cells. What I wanted to do was to pick few random points (from this x number of cells ) within the box excluding any that is touching the wall if that's possible.
